Napoles out of the country?

Janet Napoles is out of the country, according to an employee of the Bureau of Immigration (BI).

Justice Secretary Leila de Lima confirmed on Wednesday night that a warrant of arrest has been issued against Napoles and her brother for the alleged serious illegal detention of Benhur Luy, who first exposed the P10 Billion PDAF scam that Napoles allegedly masterminded. However, before the National Bureau of Investigation was able to serve the warrant of arrest, Napoles and her brother was able to board a flight to Vietnam. The same BI source claimed that Napoles flew on Philippine Airlines (PAL) flight 5J 506 at 4:35 in afternoon, well before de Lima announced the decision of a Makati court to issue the warrant of arrest.

BI Commisioner Ruffy Biazon, tweeted "We are still checking the flight manifest if indeed Janet Napoles and her brother were among the passengers of 5J 506."

A recent study of Twitter users found that majority of users would re-tweet an article without actually clicking on the link. And of  those who actually clicked on the link, less than half would read beyond the first paragraph. If you are part of the few who actually reached this part, I hope you realized by now this this news on Napoles being out of the country is actually fake (or at least, as it is claimed here.)

First, 5J 506 is not a PAL flight. PAL's code is PR. Second, Ruffy Biazon is not the commissioner of the Bureau of Immigration but rather of the Bureau of Customs.

Now, if you've read the entire article, please do not re-tweet the original tweet. This is an experiment on how many would actually RT without clicking on the link, or without reading the entire article.
